For those of you that make stregnth and muscle gains year round without going above 12% bf, how do you do it? What's the easiest method. I refuse to look like chit ( basically when im above 13%) for even a month of the year. My goal physique is Jake Gylenhaals from Southpaw. I just want a diet which i can stay consistent and happy on. I am thinking about just eating around maintenance.
All I know is to eat a lot of white meat while staying away from carbs lol. I would like to know also. Anyone?
