The fabric around one of the studs of my vapors has started to seperate i'm curious as to what i could do for this and is it as common as it seems. it's happened to me twice now first time i sent them back. Quick background i play on grass and have the mercurial 4's red/charcol version. So far they have only lasted around 5 months.

Hard or soft ground.

If you use soft ground studs on harder ground i suppose its logical you could be putting too much stress on the area around the studs as thats where the pressure is getting focused when the studs don't go into the floor properly (Ie using the wrong boot for the wrong floor conditions.)

I always use molded now to be honest.

i'm using soft ground. but i play on grass so i thought it would be ok.

but playing on grass doesn't meant that the field is soft...

because i'm in washington the grass is generally extremely soft and or mushy.
