o yea u know what els helps? practising

i gotta say it gets annoying when people make posts saying they cant do tricks the answer will always be practice practice practice. if u r stuk on specific aspects of it then say so

also use this site to find out bout doing tricks as well before jst posting

I've read everything about around the world, I've been practicing for at least 2 weeks ,and I still can't do it{I can do it if I let it bounce,but I wanna learn it the other way} :x what do I do?

This site says it takes weeks to get it down. Some people just pick it up quicker than others.

Is it wise to coke your foot up wehn the ball lands?... I tedn to have a habit, now I know it's not actually jamming the ball between your shin and foot but... When it lands I manage to hold it for ay, a scond or two.... but I just can't seem to stop jamming the foot up...is there a specific action I may have to take to prevent this?

I also have trouble keeping balance, should my standing foot be out wider than usual?

hey this is easy... i got it in about an hour.

throw the ball in the air, then as it reaches the height of its arc, bring ur natural foot (for me its right) up to about halfway as high as u can go, then as u feel the ball come to ur foot, bring ur whole leg down..to cushion the speed of the ball. then u can ust make it so ur leg goes lower and lower and ...SHAZAM... youve got it. its really easy like i said im not a very good freestlyer at all...but i got this in about an hour...perhaps less i wasnt timing.

Watup dudes. Its actualy quite easy.its bout following thru with ur tap. you dont even need speed. when u tap, swing ur leg over the ball, without stopn or jerkn ur leg, in one go. Keepn ur knees bent and closer 2 ur body usualy helps with controln the atw, which alows u 2 do u it various times. a tip for practicin it: bounce da ball of da ground, and as soon as the ball lifts in 2 da air, from da ground, do the atw. And 1nce u master it, incorporate it with jugglin. Try n wach mor videos with atw's and ul soon figur it out. Shweet dudes, hope this helps :wink:
