My lowerbody is huge compared to my upper. I recently decided to make a new workout program and here's my question. Should I only do upperbody right now until my body is a little more proportional? Or should I do like 2 days per muscle group for upperbody and 1 day per muscle group of lower? Or just keep training them equally?
You're not entering a bodybuilding competition and having symetrical pecs and proportionally sized shoulders will not be what people base you off of. This being said just continue to train them "equally". Although you don't want to neglect body parts because having muscle underdeveloped can lead to injury so just don't neglect body parts.
