Well he couldnt get a starter's position in Madrid, he's getting older, and his contract is coming to an end. He got a better contract so he signed it. Can't really be mad at him. Since he isnt sure that he will be playing with Madrid if he resigns a new contract he decided to move on. He actually likes LA better and its better for him so why not move? Well as for you guys saying he's too greedy and all that... If you offered me a couple of hundred millions of dollars to sign a new contract when my current one expired in a place that was nice I wouldnt say no.

Hey, that's awesome! I personally live near Washington DC, so I might get to see him vs. DC United...oh, and to answer your question about mls games being good, yes, they are, I personally haven't been, but I know alot of people who have, and they say it's awesome, plus, it's soccer, it's all good!gnarlyjim wrote:Well, I think it's really cool that Beckham is here. I live about hour and a half from Toronto so I may be able to go see Toronto FC and LA Galaxy play. Has anyone ever been to an MLS game? Are they any good?

Life is a game, soccer is real!
Freedy Adu doesn't play for DC anymore. I think he is now playing for Real Salt Lake..gnarlyjim wrote:That's cool that you would see Beckham and Adu play. Actually, so would I.. Toronto FC has Maurice Adu, does anyone know if there is any relation between Maurice Adu (Toronto FC) and Freddy Adu (DC United)?
