That's a sweet summer training guide. I may decide to do do that as well. I'm sure if it is a Division I school's training program, it's good.

very good program. i wouldnt change anything if the school made it. it seems perfect. i know that is what im going to be doing this summer.

I found it serching the web, I also have NJIT but I would need to type that if anyone is interested....... The body cicuit for this one seems to easy.. Any sugestions on some added wieght training We could add?

No problem the NJIT one will be up around 7 I have a match at 1:45 eastern time and then ill be home watching holland and uploading a little after
