I just get head the ball without getting the glasses hit and basically cut me.. anyone know how to do it?

dont. or do it badly. those are the only options if you wear glasses n try to header.

contacts, if not an option, try those percription "goggles", might help, or if ur vision isnt that bad dont wear them..
or as Sputnik said... dont

when you are about to head the ball, remove your glasses. once you headed the ball, put them back on.

try using the upper part of your forehead, around the hairline. It might hurt though

agreed, soccer really wasnt meant to be played in glasses. instead of wearing glasses i just went half blind before i got contacts.
