Did any of you know that John Rooney was picked by New York Red Bulls in the MLS draft this year? The 20 year old midfielder/forward spent 3 seasons with Macclesfield in league 2 before moving across the Atlantic. He did well in the combine, and was picked in the second round of the draft by the Red Bulls.
