What I noticed doing this training program: You shouldn't put a fixed time to train. Example: 2 hours of wall training.
You should be creative, shoot when you want, head when you want, volley when you want, juggle and then shoot, etc. Cause this way you will enjoy your training. You don't want to train just for the future, you need to enjoy it. I forced myself to do 2 hours daily and I ended up hating the wall training. I toke a break and now I can't wait to start again. But now I will train until I feel I don't want anymore. That doesn't mean I won't give 100%.

try dribbling everywhere you go with a tennis ball and juggling a tennis ball consistently. You'll be amazed how easy you will find it to control a full sized ball.

Another really good exercise is to buy a cheap pair of lenses, and then tape cardboard to the bottoms so you can't see much of the ball while you're dribbling. It will force you to keep your head up and look for teammates.

Before I went to bed last night I was reflecting on my playing days...then started replaying all my best moments on the soccer pitch in slo-mo...It's amazing what you can learn from past experiences (good and bad) to reflect why what you did worked or why it didn't.
