Id say your more likely to do thereccomened control in a game (outside/inside)
Also, although it looks cool, I wouldnt reccomend sticking your leg out to bring the ball under control, (going down with the ball) as although it cushions it, you can get the same affect by just moving your foot back as the ball come down. Think about how many times you see pro footballers or barca for example, stick the leg out to bring the ball down, it just doesnt happen, every once in a while yeah, but mainly they use inside/outside or just bring it down by letting it hit the foot and kill it.

Yea suckss but thats more or less the control im looking for from juggling and that Nike control drill... With doing the:
1. Juggling
2. Nike control + shoot drill
3. Dribble through cones (salom + zig zag) + sprint back taking touch every step
***4 (every other day). Stepover 3x30 seconds
i think ill be set for the summer.. anyone know any better dribbling drills though besides the dribbling through cones? KLC you know any good ones since you seem to have good dribbling with your cuts and fake kicks?

want more drills watch the nike ones, the tevez and ronaldo one's, all the brazilian ones's -
one that works wonders for me is the sprinting 20 meters or whatever distance with the ball one -

I do a routine but I often do little things differently which I'm sure will help.
When I go to do 1000 juggles for example, I get creative, instead of just doing 500 with right 500 with left, I'll be like okay, gunna kick this ball high, control with left then right then kick it back it up to the same height with left, and the next time it'll be Right Left Right..I do sh*t like this all the time and just improvise and trust me it will be more beneficial than just doing plain keepy ups over and over (that's if you aint mastered plain keepy ups yet)
