Do you think it would be better to do something like this viewtopic.php?t=17943 where you work on something different like every day or something like this where you do the same thing every day to keep skills constantly fresh:
85 minutes individual routine 3x a week
1. 25 minutes juggling. (1000 both feet, 20x5 things, 10x5 inside of foot, 10x5 outside of foot, and 10x5 head, then 300 juggles with both feet and every 20 juggles hit over head)
2. 20 minutes of dribbling through cones (salom and zig zag 10 minutes each)
3. 5 minutes (5x30 seconds on and off) going through scattered cones doing whatever moves pop up in my head
4. 10 minutes of constant stopovers and hip feints around cone
5. 15 minutes juke a cone with my favorite moves and shoot
6. 10 minutes Pass ball against wall with each foot
