I thought that I had already replyd to this thread, but I must have forgotten to. This is great, seriously, great. I have it on my wall besides my bed. But I'm only thirteen, so I realy don't care so much about my eating habits, I just eat when I'm hungry because I don't have any wheight problems at all.

JCdenton has shown us very worrying storys there, at first the initial story made me want to train right away so hard, now I feel nervous. I don't know if I have any problems with my heart...Neither did the people who died....scary.
But i'm still gunna go out andd train my ass off now cos I cant just live my life just incase I am one of the 0.2-0.5% of population with the heart issue
