its ok it doesnt help much, but u should do way more, get some touches like you would in a game with all parts of your foot( inside, outside, front, etc) you wont be juggling in a game....try and keep your touches close and in "your little bubble", also practice some moves while your at it, which im sure you could think of many

thats because touch it one of the most important things for volleys, once u got good touch and control u would get off killer volleysnickwba99 wrote:something i found since i began juggling is not just that my touch improved, but my volleying too, probably because you use the same part of your foot for volley's and juggling

juggling has helped with my kick. I rarely get to practice my shooting in open fields the only place i do is my backyard ( which isn't big only 1/8 the size of a field) , so i mostly do juggling and dribbling practice and long passes. But a lot of my time is spent juggling and it has helped my kick by the bucketloads ( as u juggling your constanly kicking it a bit so i guess it helps with kicks then).
Juggling is definately very important, i find it improves my control more than my touch, my control on my right foot is far better than my left foot, which is poor really. Ive got christmas off now to practice that a lot now, thank god!
btw, hi guys! havent been on here for a while!

To improve your ball control comes in 2 aspects:
1. control with the ball
2. control when receiving the ball
1. Involves close control and touches like juggling, dribbling round the cones etc
2. Involves when receiving the ball like trapping the ball from short or long passes, shielding the ball from a defender, sometimes tackling while retaining the ball etc
These two are important as it improves your ball control in general. Also work on our weaker foot so that you're less vulnerable when it comes to defending and attacking.

i am terrible at juggling no matter what i do
i have been going for about two or three weeks and i barely see a consistent improvement... i juggle at least for 2 hours a day and i still half of time get 6 or 7 my high is 30 but i just cant seem to keep the ball from getting too close to my body then i cant adjust it... u guys got any tips on that cuz i saw improvemennt in touch after i started, just not in the juggling

dont juggle for two hours a day, it will not be beneficial. Dribble for half an hour at the most every day, also take 2 or 3 days off to give your brain a mental rest then get back to it, i find if i have a short break after an intense period of doing skills, my skills often improve after that break.dream_on_go_pro wrote:i am terrible at juggling no matter what i doi have been going for about two or three weeks and i barely see a consistent improvement... i juggle at least for 2 hours a day and i still half of time get 6 or 7 my high is 30 but i just cant seem to keep the ball from getting too close to my body then i cant adjust it... u guys got any tips on that cuz i saw improvemennt in touch after i started, just not in the juggling
