hi all at the moment im injured with my knee which some of u already know probley, i went to doctors earlier today to get it looked and they said im either gonna need physio or surgery , so i am not atm happy and i've got to rest it which is driving me mad because i was hoping to train really hard for next season but it looks like its gonna be another month at least before im training again, this is like deja vu because last summer from april to june i had a really bad knee injury( same knee ligaments i think) and i was hoping to do more this summer.
update on my injury: i was with some friends at my local playing field and i was just practicing my left foot passes againnts a fence i wasn't running or doing anything strenous when my right leg ( which is my injured knee injury) just collapsed and i was on the floor, so im not playing football again till i have been to hospital which should be soon i hope.
Injury Update: well im still not playing football like i cant do shots and that But i can practice juggling which is good coz im crap at juggling so im practicing it all the time seens as though i cant do anything else.
Thats 7200 cigarettes a year, he'd probably have a heart attack on the pitch.
I don't, there are lot's of footballers that smoke. Chivu smokes upwards of 10 a day and so does Bogdan Lobont.
I'm not sure I believe that. Where did you get your information, wikipedia? It's hard enough making it pro without smoking, if you smoke habitually, it's pretty much impossible.
update on my injury: good news i went to the hospital today to see a physiotherapist and they gave me some exercises to do and they said in two months my knee will hopefully be better and upto full strength, if not they would consider surgery but they think its unlikely i will need surgery.
There is this post I make on knee injury recovery. Number one rule is not to touch the ball because the injury might recur or gets aggravated. Start back from basic like getting to walk normally, then run only then U can touch the ball when U can do the first two. I too suffered two months because of knee problems back in 2000.
