more than 4 days, that's for sure. I'd say about a week and a half-to-two weeks would probably be the time that it would take. At least that's how long I was off between high school and club seasons and I became extremely rusty during that time period cause I didn't play with anyone while I was off.

So jogging 2 miles a day won't keep me the way I was before the 4 days?
im kinda confused what ur asking diegowerder. i thought you meant that jogging 2 miles a day wouldnt keep you in shape, however, i wouldnt worry about losing your fitness. It only takes about 2 weeks for people our age to get in shape (according to my high school varsity coach)
