I'm bad at clearing the ball out of the air with my left foot and I never think to drop it back to the keeper when there is someone on my back and I'm the last defender unless he(the keeper) yells at me. But I'm currently working on both of them.

I can't get the mentality to incorporate my weaker foot whenever needed, rather I put my dominant foot in awkward positions where I deliver a poor shot or pass because I didn't use my weaker foot instead (even though I have trained my weaker foot to a point where it is capable of passing and driving low shots).

I'm happy with my technical ability at the current moment, but my fitness level is looking down.
