I don't find Ratherton particularly amusing, nor intelligent. He's a lot more informed than the majority of people on this forum though, in part because he follows football, and not just the glamour of the top divisions.

Just throwing that out there, like.

basically he lives a life 100%, he is on EF and on the internet maybe like 30 min a day.. He is busy living, while others like me are 2-3 hours a day in this damn computer...

His life being so eventful makes it entertaining.. I guess..

I actually find ratherton very amusing. A lot of his comebacks are very witty, which, of course, if taken out of context may not seem amusing but to understand the context is to truly understand the joke in my opinion.

There's a lot of his posts I'll look back on and laugh still.

Haha that was a good one... See again I might be thinking it too much, but dont you think in his groups of friends, they all say things like this.. I mean 15 years of seriously watching football, and going to the stadiums, and noticing the differences between teams.. You can come up with these things...

Anyway.....

So close... If you added all the votes for every other nominee to my votes... I'd still lose. :O

The RATHERTON Award, I like that. If the next mod were to label it as such next year, his name would be the first to be immortalized in the history of EF. Apart from expert's, of course.
