my team doesnt have too many cliques but the girls from my old team  they were very mean and thought they were so cool they wouldnt even talk to ppl who the didnt think they liked we ended up ebing horrible because we couldnt play as a team... my team this year has a few cliques but we always come together and play great together... this year we also get along! :D

on my indoor team, certain people would only pass to certain other people. it was frustrating and we ended up being worse off from it.

Luckily not anymore. When we were younger there were obious groups, but now when some have quited and so on, the people that got along with each other stayed and now the "group spirit" is pretty good :)

start a fight with the leaders of all the groups, ok im joking dont do that please...

I think its dumb that they wont pass to someone cuz they are not in their inner circle, its kind of weird, but definately bring it up to your coach.
Wow, he just megged three people, maradonas around the last defender, and missed the shot, then not five minutes later a guy on the other team shoots when he gets the ball and scores...

who would you rather be?

No problems.... my team knew the dividends of teamwork and we won 10 of our 11 matches. The offence played English-style while I organised the defence to play Italian & German-style to close shop on other teams. 28 goals scored and 9 goals conceded with 3 cleansheets. I couldn't ask for more!

our seasons over and we didnt score one goal cause of the cliques!! And i would talk to the coach, but he wouldnt belive or do anythin cause his "precious angel daughter" is the one who is making all the cliques. we lost all of our games by 3 or more..... Alll that hardwork on my own for this.......

cliques affect the squad...well maybe i'm getting it wrong..they're some people on the team i can just chill with and others that yea we talk and are cool but i won't go out of my way to bring up conversation with.. but on the field football is football and i spread the ball as i'm supposed to..i don't prefer players, well depends on the ball since i train i know i can't through ball player X cause he prefers it in the air and Player Y is great with running onto the ball.

I pass and it's the receiving player's responsibility to keep possession. Sometimes, it's my mistake (poor judgement etc), but once the ball has moved, we figure out what to do next.

But seriously, I have no cliques in my team!!

i think it would be ok for a team to have a clique, but just make sure that the whole team is a "clique".......that would make for a very strong team.
