went to a tryout on astroturf and lets just say that i wasnt ready for the one touch drills....

im a scrimmage player....so i got cut cuz im completely off gaurd....

ne1 have ne types for these 1/2 touch games....idn no if it was completely me or da astroturf.,..-shrug-

ya netips tho?

kick the ball back and forth against a wall and have it coming to you at all different angles and speeds and yo gotta control it/ kick it back etc.

Before a game, we asians do these:

1-touch passing ring
1-touch passing ring with monkey (player with more than 1 touch will be the monkey)
2-touch passing ring
2-touch passing ring with monkey (player with more than 2 touches will be the monkey)

Basically, that's what I did.

Wanted to input this though, but lazy.

U can also practise changing the ball's direction when it's at Ur feet.

Try playing wall ball with a few teammates before a match, only allowed one touch to hit ball at a max of two bounces

juggle the ball a lot. it helps with ur touch.

run and dribble a lot with in and practice with a partner one touch passes then sprint then pass it back sprint 1 ouch pass. It helped me
