I'd say that it will definitely help with quick touches, that's for sure. Looks just like a speed bag with a soccer ball instead of the bag.I'd buy one if they upgrade it a little. You didn't invent this, did you?

A piece of garbage in my opinion. First of all in soccer, you are always running with the ball, not just standing in one spot. Secondly, this thing doesn't give you realistic touches on the ball. When you are dribbling for example, you are pushing the ball in accordance with your stride. So dribbling gives you a feel for the ball, whereas with this piece of crap you are just shuffling your feet like an idiot. Does it make you quicker? I doubt it. Speed comes from power and power/strength comes from resistance.
I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but why aren't these sorts of devices popular in Europe? I'm pretty sure that if I showed it to a coach from overseas they would outright laugh.
