I'd have to agree. Seems like many of the people I've talked to hate them.

I don't really understand what you mean by the "most hated team in the world". Every team has its fans and rivals. Do you mean the team with the least fans? The team with the most rivals? A combination of both? Or just people who don't like the team itself including the players, the mangagers, other staff, etc.? Sorry, but I just need more clarification on this, because your question has close to unlimited answers. Anyone could say "yea, I think [team] is the most hated team". But a fan of that team surely wouldn't have the same answer. There are many biast factors to amek this an easily answerable question.

I think it would be Manchester United. Basically if you are a fan of another Premiership team you can't 'not like them' - you hate them.

However, being an Arsenal fan, personally for me it's Sp*rs.

I sort of interpreted it as the team with the most rivals, or the most people that dislike them. I didn't think about least fans. I just thought Chelsea, because I find there is a general dislike for them... I think people hate how Abramovich spends $$$.

yeah i'd probably agree that chelsea is probably the most hated considering that you either love or hate them. personally i'm a fan. also i think real madrid is/was a pretty hated team for getting all the superstars and then having all the turmoil within the club it seemed that even the fans were sick of them. thats kinda going away now but probably chelsea and real madrid yeah.

Err, actually, just about everyone hated them until Chelsea came along. Really, the team that is winning is usually the most hated one, and, well, Man U has won the most over the last 20 years or so. And why do I hate them? They tend to have annoying as hell, arrogant supporters (none of you guys), while in my experiences most of them aren't living in Manchester (more in London, Asia, and North America). Also, they have a long history of producing and polishing c*nts for the world of football, ala van Nistelrooy and Ronaldo. By the way, did anyone see Ronaldo's comments today? That's why they are hated.

Definately Chelsea way too much money for their own good......and probably Real Madrid for the same reason.
So...What's Going On???
