Then your definition of greatest and my definition of greatest are two very different things. I believe ability is far more important than what you actually achieve, because as I have already stated, what the team wins depends on how good the whole team is, unless you're Maradona of course, which is why I think he is the greatest of all time.
Even if you are going on achievement however, surely you would think of Charlton as a better player for winning the world cup?
I just said in that same post that the reason I believe that Maradona is the greatest in all time is because he basically did win a World Cup on his own, as well as many League Trophies in Italy.
The Brilliance's point was that Kenny was the best because he won so much, and my point was that he was a part of a brilliant team, and the success wasn't down to him, as they would have probably been successful without him. That is different to the Maradona situation in which Maradona carried the team on his back to glory.

Freddy Adu. I mean he was a pro at 15!!!!!!!!!! He can kick the ball and dribble it and run fast and slide tackle and do the header thing and can make the ball curve in the air even!!!!!!!
Really though idk, but as of today I would say Ronaldo. Although he is very much a "what could have been" in many peoples eyes he accomplished enough to a "what was" to me. I mean there was a point in his career where almost every shot he took found the back of the next. He was fast, skillful, smart, and knew how to score anywhere and anyhow.
i have always given him that title since he first put on the jersey man, the kid used to be so brilliant and for some reason people had this image that all the sudden he was bad because he didnt get playing time. I can't wait for him to play his next game man, i truly think he is a time bomb waiting to explode. But bob bradley is retarted so he probably will call him up and not even play him again. I mean maybe hes not the 3rd. Dempsey, Donovan, Holden, Howard, then freddy. Idk man hes just so much more creative then jones bradley sacha bedoya and all of them you know, hes entertaining to watch too. Plus, imagine how could he would have been against guadelupe or panama, mexico was like the best team by far my god he would have done so much damage against those 2 teams
i have been very bored at home and i was just watching football vids on youtube, and i was looking into past players in particular. i watched the likes of Pele, Maradona, Cryuff, Zidane, Ronaldo, Figo, and so on. and i gotta say the one guy who caught my eye was Zizou.
The things he would with the ball, the technique, the control, always fighting, never diving,
i do believe he was the perfect role model (let alone one incident in 2006) i wish i was a bigger fan when he played, watching him must have been a joy for both the team he was on and the opposing team.
