Just seen like 5 vids on youtube, hell yeah they are, i miss alonso but i think this isnt a bad buy, just many comments say he is injury prone, i hope they are all just haters lol
Aquilani will be worlds better than Alonso. I'm pretty surprised Roma let go of him. He is, and will be a very good player. He is somewhat injury prone though and if he can get injured in Serie A, I can only imagine what'll happen in the EPL.

following in the footsteps on Marco Van Basten I see. I think he'll do good there. I want to see what kind of chemistry he has with Pato and Ronaldinho. Hopefully it's good.

Jozy Altidore joans Hull on a season long loan with a view of a permanent deal. The completion of the deal is subject to Jozy getting a work permit.

He was introduced to the media. They kept calling him "jose"

I think it was really just a rumor. Nothing materialized. I think Hull is a good move, at this point he just needs playing time.

I watched the press unveiling, and he did well, except he kept saying "soccer", he got a lot of stick for it.

tbh I think Jozy Altidore wud score more goals then Michael Owen.

I'd love to agree with you Wanderer as a big Altidore fan, but I don't think he would THIS season. I do think that he'd be a much better investment for the future though. IMO anyone who could score goals with Newcastle last season will be able to score with Manchester United.

For now I just hope he gets lots of playing time at Hull and can get a goal tally in the double digits. Then maybe move from La Liga to a mid table EPL or Serie A team next season. I don't really think he's suited for the La Liga.

I think if he gets good time this season by next year he could make a strong sub at a club like Everton, Aston Villa, West Ham, Fulham, etc. and after a season or two make his way into a started spot

thats ridiculous, he may do if owen is injured, but from what i have seen of altidore he is a long, long way from being the finished article, scoring goals in the mls is completely different to scoring in europe.
