haha well i believed it before but now it's just 100% confirmation, though i would've liked to see a better number than 77. no one wears 17. should've gone with that.
Mark Hughes has confirmed that Spurs have accepted Manchester City's bid for Dimitar Berbatov.
The Bulgaria international has been a target for Premier League champions Manchester United over the summer, but City have now stepped in with an surprise last-minute bid.
City's offer for Berbatov is reported to be in excess of £30million and would set a new British transfer record.
"I'm as stunned and excited by this as the fans are,"Hughes told skysportsnews
Berbatov has been left out of Juande Ramos' squad for the club's last two matches, with the coach feeling his presence was having a negagtive impact on the rest of the squad.
i don't think anyone saw that one coming. Manchester United looks to have gotten fu**ed over a tad.no Saha (good riddance) but now no berbatov either? this could get interesting.

well...i think you're taking it a bit far by calling him one of the best strikers in the world no? one of the better ones yes, but not one of the best.
eh i'd go top 15 maybe.
i rate drogba, adebayor, klose, torres, eto'o, ibrahimovic, julio cruz, van nistelrooy and even defoe all ahead of him and those are just the ones i can name off the top of my head.
d9 when the hell did you become a Man City fan? I'd put him top 30 I'm just not impressed by what I've seen him do on the pitch. Now where is Ronaldo go'n I wonder?
Also I think Calderon is the biggest hypocrite in football considering he's been criticizing Chelsea for the public pursuit of one of his players

around the same time he read that berbatov was going there
micheal bradly who IMO is one of the best american players signs for borussia moenchengladbach which kinda disappoints me. i think he'd be a good player for like aston villa or everton or someone like that
Robinho to Man City, WTF? The only positive I could see out of all this is Man City placing better then United, that'd be almost as good as Chelsea winning it.
