yeah, but henry also played in serie a, and i haven't seen any of his goals in serie a...
he was just to weak for dirty italian stoppers...
adriano is a model attacker!

btw, f.C_Valencia:
zidane definitely, raul hasn't got any skill as a specialty, but look at zidane, look at that ball control and dribbling.... not mentioning shooting...

me vs ronaldinho ?

 joking:

terry is one of the best defenders in the world. ferdinand was just as good once, maybe even better, but right now john terry has the strongest prescence of any play in england. he's a born leader.

about ronaldo vs adriano i think ronaldo takes this easily..

adriano has better kicks and more powerful but ronaldo ball control, dribble speed and his finishing is better. adriano is still a great striker but ronaldo is THE BEST STRIKER IN THE WORLD imo.
shevchenko and henry are great too but everyone knows that when ronaldo is on his top-form he his much better striker then them.

strikers ranking imo:

1. ronaldo
2. henry
3. shevchenko
4. adriano

i ignored ronaldo`s last season when i wrote this because obviously hes not the best striker in that form but im sure he will make his comeback in the next season after he divorced his wife.

i agre with most of wat u said but i think adriano is better than shevchenko because of his power and hes younger than shevchenko but i guess u could say he has less experince

Ronaldinho vs. Zidane - impossible to say - both great dribblers , passers , great at scoring , both great vision , both take penalties and free kicks - both equally unbelievably brilliant :D
Sorry but I can't decide :D
I guess at the moment a lot of people would say Ronaldinho but this would be unfair to Zidane.
They didn't both peak at the same time - different ages - but both at their best are awesome and both equally good :D

Owen vs. Raul
Without doubt.

Raul, he's a much more complete striker than Owen. Owen is about speed and finishing. Raul is about passing, control, finishing, making good decisions, etc. Too bad he isn't fast.

Since they are being linked to Arsenal, who's better?

Robinho, Hleb, or Guti? I say Robinho!
GK – ?
RB – Fir _nev (if he chooses to return from retirement)
CB – jcdenton
LB – Sfspitfire23
RM – goldboots7
CM – dooglas
CM – robben12
LM – Rosario
AM – Gmore
CF – *yung-ital*
CF – Magicfeet

all of those players are linked to arsenal...

well id rather see guti at arsenal, i think if im right arsene wenger makes stars, he doesnt bring stars in. arsenals midfield is going to suffer if they dont get some experience in there, so guti for me :)
Wow, he just megged three people, maradonas around the last defender, and missed the shot, then not five minutes later a guy on the other team shoots when he gets the ball and scores...

who would you rather be?

i have to say my opinion: raul is not better than owen, owen has much better touch, and he is more complete player than raul, raul has more luck than football knowledge...

and who is Hleb? hleb = bread on serbian :)

ok, let's keep it going:

Nikola Zigic (red star belgrade) vs Jan Koller

Owen a better all round player than Raul?!?!? Owen has pace, a good finish... and that is pretty much it. Raul has superior vision, passing, control... the list goes on.

Even if Owen is a better striker, there is no way I could see him being more complete than Raul in any way shape or form.

Adriano

Post by nd61190 » 27 Jun 2005, 20:39

I don't think adriano is very good at all. He is way overrated and when i watch him play he doesn't make anything happen. I think all he has is his strength and his cannon shot.
Did anyone see him miss an open goal in confederacions cup?
Does anyone agree with me or am i on my own?

I wouldn't agree with you because I think Adriano has everything apart from a right foot.
But everyone has their own opinion :D
Without doubt.

Jan Koller he is just better in all areas. Zigic is younger though.
FORÇA BARÇA!

"I’m a player who can do absolutely anything if I am smiling and laughing. If I’m not happy, then everything becomes more of a struggle,” explained Adriano.

about zidane vs ronaldinho i think that ronaldinho is the best ever altought ronaldinho and zidane are very similair players ronaldinho does everything better then zidane.

they both have skills in any aspect of the game and both are very creative and interactive players but as i said ronaldinho is just doing anything better then zidane :]

raul vs owen

altough i like owen alot raul is way better all-round player. owen is a great striker but raul aside from being even better striker then owen, can play at almost any position and being good at it.

but something happend to raul at the last 2 years so if its about scoring ill pick owen considering last seasons but still i think raul didnt forgot how to play soccer and he will make his comeback, hopefully next season along side with every real-madrid players :>

Seaman vs Dudek
The rules of soccer are very simple, basically it is this: if it moves, kick it. If it doesn’t move, kick it until it does.
