its very close. they are both briliant and keep improving, and they now both play for fantastic clubs for young players. however their styles are way different. rooney is more of a creative forward, who sets up quite a lot of chances, wheras gilardinho is a more conventional forward who will guaruntee 20 goals a season. so i'll go for rooney simply because i'm a united fan, but i think they r too different to compare.

from both a neutral and Oranje (like me) standpoint, robben is far superior...he is srtonger faster, and has a greater effect on chelsea than cr has on mu
robbens one prob is that he dives when he is tired and out of ideas (euro 2004, SF against portugal)
did i mention he is dutch?

i think a good match would be ronaldinho vs cristiano ronaldo because theyre both fast n even faster with the ball n have great control so it wud be tite ... even though ronaldinho would kill him i think it would be fun to see him get embarrassed

as for terry versus nesta the italian wd win hands down. as a united fan i think terry is very overrated (apart frm his heading) and nesta is simply the complete defender

your supposed to answer one and post one. but i'll do zidane and kaka i think they are both equal kaka can only get better zidane is old but right now i thinkt hey r equal kaka can ovouisly outpace zou zou. but other than that i think they are about the same.
