Women's WC

Post by Soccer4Life » 15 Jul 2007, 16:00

I'm probably the only one hyped about this, but is anyone else planning on watching maybe a few games?

Kickoff is September 10; Germany vs. Argentina.

The US plays the following day.

I don't know about anyone else on EF, but I'm sure going to be following everything. I've been looking forward to it for months.

I'll watch it if it's on TV. It's in China right?

Hopefully the US. Maybe this time we can actually get out of the first round! We should be pretty confident this time around, especially with our gold medal from the Olympics, although that was with some now retired players.

didn't the US play Norway yesterday?

Anyway I'm really excited about this. ESPN and ESPN2 are going to air every game. The US is also my favorite to win.

I can't wait for this. I'm quiet curious to see how far Canada goes.

On this rare occasion, you will find Scottish and English posters on this forum in agreement.

Mandy felt Brian's wrath when she wandered in front of him after they'd announced free beer at the bar.....

Thanks for shooting me down, guys

But I guess I asked if you were going to watch and you just answered, so I'm not blaming you.

I'm afraid I won't be watching either. Women's soccer just isn't fast enough for me.
