I met this professor during the summer and he's a typical example of an all-rounder. He's basically done every sport and activity and he's come a long way. He says that just by having football as my only passion isn't enough, because in the long run when your body wears out, your brains won't.
I thought at first that there's no need to find another passion. But then I thought about it, and I feel that life is indeed too short.
I mean politics and business have always been my passions and I guess they'll come in handy in the long run.
peps1154 meant another thread not threat. and he/she is right. there was another thread which i believe was called: interests besides soccer. im not sure about the title but im sure there was another one. so u should post there and delete this one
even if i did i wont delete this thread cause you just said interest if I didn't really read it wrong.
Passion and interests can be different. I can be interested in computer doesn't mean I'm passionate about it. I'm interested in going to this lecture I go for my college resume, doesn't mean I'm Passionate about it.
Though they may be synynoms in a dictionary, their literary denotations are of different context so i don't see why I should call it an Interest, when dancing is MORE than JUST an interest to me. It's my PASSION.

typo error: i meant not as "meaningless" as the rabbit one.

well nobodys really arguing witchu now we're talking about Passions apart from football..remember?
Hmmmm yeah it's kinda hard not having another passion apart from football cause then life would be quite dull. but then again if people find joy only in football then I guess so.
