I'm sorry Kakafan22 but ur basically out of luck, probably. I don't really think we have any sig makers anymore. I quit, keller and H2BH are never on and I think both quit. Tevez quit (i thnk), even is never on, and I don't think BG has made one in a while.

You might want to save the one you want and upload it to imageshack, photobucket, or tinypic so it doesn't get lost if the artist on DA deletes it.

I made this one today at school on a full version. Its not vey good, elements doesnt have all the effects of CS3. I was planning to clip the text and sharpen it but it didnt work out.

I made these sigs the other day though, but I dont really like them, I need to find a new style.

get photoshop or gimp, and then read tutorials, me and h2bh have made some in the "user created" section, and sites like gimptalk and playerart have lots.
