This is it

Ok as some of you older members may know ive had knee surgery last year, since then ive lost a lot of fitness, not played half as much as i used to but ive decided its make or break time for me.

Im 19 nearly 20, about average skill wise ( was above average but then bang knee went and ive lost a bit of skill) but now im going to just train harder then i ever have done because i really want to get somewhere in football, not for the money or for the fame but because i love the beautifull game and when im witha football i just forget about all my troubles and everything, if i fail i fail but im not going to give the dream up without a fu**ing good fight.

EDIT. today ive been focusing mainly on shooting, i have easy done over 100 shots maybe 200, a bit of running then a little mess about with some mates.
