Im on a Super Y team

Post by redrover365 » 16 Apr 2008, 19:00

There were tryouts last weekend, i played alright. The coach asked me for my number, and a week later called me to tell me i made the team! Im estatic right now and wish everyone has the same success i have had. Its Santa Rosa United, a team IWGP made like a year ago i believe. This is great for me because its a well known club around here. :D

If you're small I can't really see that you will be picking up your physical game much. I mean, you can work your hardest to fight when you get the chance, but that's about all you can do. Of course over time you can get stronger, but nothing you can change immediately. I would be surprised if he puts you in a role of a CM or something where a lot of high balls and hard challenges are played IMO. I would probably put you on the wing where it's more skill than the physical game as you have more room.

You can't go to the tournaments with someone on your team or your coach?

Its a youth division in the USL, a league below the MLS. I play for it as well, but for a team in canada. In the U.S I believe its higher then state teams.
