Come out of games hurt

Well in games im starting to always give my all and i go in to every challenge hard.. I basically play my 100% and i always manage to get out of the game like hurt in my ankle or knee but little minor injuries that take like two-three days to heal.. Anyone else have this same problem?

Play hard, but not crazy; be smart about it. Stretching well beforehand wouldn't be a bad idea either, although I'll assume you do ample pre-game warming up.

I wouldn't really call getting hurt all the time a 'problem'... It's not a condition. :P You just need to find a balance in your style between fighting for every ball, and going too far. Granted, if it's your style to put balls on the line, I'm willing to bet you'll have to put up with a few injuries, and there's no way around that. If you don't want to get hurt, alter the way you play, simple as.
