Help creating a routine

Strengths: Push passing, tackling, clearing the ball
Weaknesses: first touch, dribbling, instep kicks, left foot, fitness(all types)
Goals: National League, State team in 2 years
Time to practice: 1 to 2 hours depending on how much homework
Position; Right Defence

I don't have any friends to practice with except my dad sometimes on weekends. I have a small wall in my garage thats not big enough for shooting. I get lots of homework but i am getting up at 6 in the morning to do it so I can train in the afternoon.

u did not mention any thing about your physical fitness.
what is u r routine right now????
