Everyone, make sure to create your own topic for training questions. This topic is just to give your some information to put in your own topics.

And, fallah, you can look at the one I posted in the training routine section and the ones other users created. Also check out my Getting the Most Out of Training guide.

You need to offer a human sacrifice and a cup of your very own fresh blood first and lay it by an altar honoring and adoring the Guide Goddess. As for the human sacrifice, you must tear his/her heart and liver out and burn it by 12 midnight sharp in the midst of a full moon. If you fail to meet these conditions, you will be slain and your blood will be drunk by the Creatures of the Night. You have been warned.....

I'm thirteen
I'm good at dribbling and crossing but I need help on my speed and my shots
My hope is to make varsity in two years, I play right midfield and I've got 5 hours a day to practice. Also I've only been playing for one year but I won the award for best on my team Also I've got a gym that I can go to any time

This is merely a topic to tell you what information to include when creating your own topic asking for training help. Please do not actually ask for help inside this topic, rather, create your own topic with the information you've just listed
