There are a lot of topics on this already, just look around.

But personally, anything that shows the defender the ball and quickly takes it away is awesome.

First of all, there is no "best move". Its whatever move that you can master at high speed, and sell its fake. You can get other peoples' opinions at what the best move is here:

As for the best move to do at high speed. Pretty much any move, execpt hocus pocus. Again, there is no "best move to do at high speed". You choose a move to practice, and YOU have to make it your personal best move at high speed. Its all your decision.

Yeah, you practice it then just automatically do it in a game. You can't think about it when you're playing. I guarantee you will get stripped of the ball. It all depends the position you're in. Hope this helps.

Can somebody post a link to a vid. showing a roulette move? I can't picture it. Is it similar to the one Okocha does? Called like "The Rainbow" or something?

heres a link to the roulette move. It has a lot of names but it is commonly referred to as zidane 360.
the link to the video is on the page in the link below:
360: http://expertfootball.com/training/moves2.php#360

Quite an easy move u will get it in no time!

As for "the rainbow" move, that is a totally different move. That is wen u roll the ball up one leg and flick it over you head, thats just a rough explanation.
Hope that helps!

It really all depends on the situation you are in mate. Sometimes at high-speed a simple cut to the side could be all you need to get past ur opponent...

agree 100%. Ive practice step overs tiem and time again. and my friend was watching me play indoor..and said wow ur good at step overs. I didnt even realize i was doing them, it was so natural after doing it so many times. ANd its true, the times i have thought about it..it never works.. it must be natural, and u'll confuse them everytime.
