Gets dark too early

Post by calisoccer » 28 Nov 2006, 22:52

I get out of school at 2:00 PM I have indoor track (we train outside) till four. I get home by 4:15 and then it gets dark out and i cant train. I dont have lights but im getting them installed in about 3 weeks (can't get them sooner) So any tips to find a way to train?
thanx, Joe

That sucks it gets dark over here pretty early too 5pm but everyother school day I get out at 12:20, also I practise by myself after school ends anyway, I don't do any other sports because I'm dedicated to this one sport more than anything. If you are committed to track but don't want to give it up the best advice to to do the home dribbling program - which you can do barefoot in almost no space, and juggle around.

you think you have a problem about training now. Try me. It gets dark at 4:15. I get home at 3:30 and when i went outside today it was -15 with the windchill. So make nothing stop you, if you are determined you will find a way to train.

I can deal with cold but if i cant see i think its physically impossible to practice and gain anything from it. But i have started doing JDefoes home program in my basement so thanx ageorge for suggesting that.
