Dribbling
Cone drills: Slalom - Inside-out - The Cut - The Roll
Moves: Scissors - Double Scissors - Rivelino - Matthews - Fake kick - Lunge Puskas - Reverse scissors - 360 - Cryuff - Double cut - Scotch - Elastico - Outside Elastico

Ball control
Without the wall: Settling - Inside - Outside - 180 - Cut under body
With the wall: 90 degree turn - Outside of the foot - 180 degree turn - Turn and dribble
Trapping: Chest trap - Thigh trap - Instep trap

Shooting/Passing
Instep - Volleying - Curve - Chip - Push pass
Drills: Turn and shoot - Chest and volley
Disguising your passes: Inside-out - Stepover - Hook - Stop and pass - The roll - Double tap - Rabona

This is a list of all the videos I have made so far. I need to make some on shooting/passing. Also the quality of some of the 'move' videos isn't too good. If you can't run the videos, download the mpeg4 codec

Hopefully, this will inspire people to publish their own training videos. If you would like me to upload your clip on the web site, contact me at: Image

This is actually how I found this website. I was searching everywhere for videos that I could see to learn dribbling moves, and low and behold I came across expertfootball.com

Those excersize videos are sweet too man, they should be put up on the training section somewhow :)

I used a Spalding ball in the older vids.

Yeah, that happens to me too.

I've added 8 new videos on the following pages: disguise your passes & against the wall
