I was wondering if some people could tell me some drills to make my defending better, such as agility, anticipation, etc. Thanks
(Thanks Kevin R9)

defending requires experience and observation.
you need experience to read the play of the game. this usually comes by playing games or watching professional football.
you should always observe your opponent's attributes like "is he a right footer?" "does he always get past me by faking to the left?"
simpy said your defending can only get better by playing more games.
but if you want to work you physical abiliities such as speed,
do shuttle runs, they help alot
