Good routine???

Is this enough, or should i work harder. Im really out of shape by the way.

I jog for 1 mile, then i do 30 yrd sprints about 20 times in really thick grass. Then I practice chipping and kicking the ball for about an hour.

i don't think you're giving us enough information. How out of shape are you?What kind of kicking practice do you do? the more information you give us the more we can help.

im about as much out of shape as u can think of. and i just kick it against a wall and practice hitting a certain spot over and over again.

Do you practice on skills, or ball control? Because it doesn't matter that much if you can shoot, but you can't control the ball... Another thing that you can try is run 2 miles before you practice and do 5-15 30 yd sprints AFTER you're done practicing.

or u could run .5 mile and jog the other .5 mile and then do only 10-15
