Well on weekdays I play football with my friends for 5hours.
Without my friends I play football for like 2-3hours. But I will have more energy to freestyle at night (lol)...

On a weekened it depends when I wake up. e.g. 6am, I relax for 2hours to cool my brain and play football alone and then with my friends until its 09:00pm.
Remember... Never do a skill twice, always be creative, after that, you'll own.

Im gonna start training on the lawn soon, doing dribbling and kick ups and anything to improve my ball control, probably for about an hour.
