i do about 45 mins to 1hr. i'll prolly do even less when school starts. i mainly just do kick ups, i see it as sorta basic control a good footballer needs and also my garden is too smal :$ so cant do any shooting etc. so just kick ups really, and sum step overs, dribbling and that.

i dnt think u sud exceed over say 2 hrs or 3 hrs, for me i just start wear myself down and not do proper training

I haven't had a chance to test out my new training routine that I put together yet, but I assume that the whole thing from start to finish will take 2 and a half hours - 3 hours

1 and a half to 2 hours, usually in 45 minute sessions.

Yeah, I just did it yesterday, and it's frickin' long. If I didn't cut it short my routine would have taken over 3 hours. I didn't have that long.

If I train by myself is ranges if its ball stuff, about 2 hrs, if its fitness stuff about 1hr 30min, but if its just shots with friends well I found the switch to the ligths at my field and cracked the combination so all night!

this might sound like a cliche but it isnt really about how long u train for but the efficiency of how u do ur training and how much u plan ur training than just kicking a ball around for 2-3 hours aimlessly...for example train for 20 mins against the wall working on ur first touch and passing...juggle for 10 minutes..dribble through cones for as long as u think u need to etc..before u train each day u should allocate what ur session is going to involve and how long ur going to work at it..repeating what u do throughout the week will ensure improvement if ur planning ur training sessions properly and with proper technique

Dun u have a field or wall anywhere near ur house?

Anyways, parents say that school is more important. Probably I take like 15 mins each day, and on Sunday or so, I take about 6 hours to work all my skills. I have PE everyday so I can stay in fitness.

I try to get about 2-4 hours on Saturday and Sunday. Usually about 1-1.5 hour slots.

On weekdays we have a 2hour practice after school but sometimes I'll come home and dribble around for an hour or so.

well week days ill do 1 hour of skills such as passing, shooting, etc and then do aobut 1 hour of fitness so in all i do about 2 hours. On the weekends i will do about 4-5 hours of freestyle and fitness usually 2 and hlaf hours of fitness then two and half hours of freestyle.
