Do you waste time when you practice 30 min. Because I think I just have time to do it 30 min today, and you say if I do it less than 2 hours I waste my time. I think that is wrong. Is this really helping my speed?Or I should run sprints or something like that?
I have 15 years.I'm from Romania.
On 20 May I will go a week in the Gica Popescu's soccer school.Because I was there at tryouts and the coach said I will go after school one week there to decide if I stay or not.
