How to stop getting side spin

I always struggle eliminating spin on the ball, i can't get the ball to dip to have top or 0 spin, it always curves,
how do i get it to stop?! :x

Hello and welcome to the forums. Do you mean that it spins when you are shooting at goal? Do you know how to kick using the instep?

Keep working on it Romasu, if your technique is clean the ball should have little to no spin. It just takes practice that's all. Practicing against the wall is usually a good way to get a lot of repetitions. Cheers!

Thanks!! Actually I found out that the reason I couldn't do it is because my foot wasn't pointing at a 90 degree angle from where I was aiming, once I adjusted that I managed to get top spin on 3/5 of my shots, though it's still hard for me to et it higher than 60 cm :lol: :lol:
