:?: the other day i got a little skill ball and i was wondering would it actually improve my controll on the ball ?
pain is weakness leaving the body

well to answer your question, yes. they help with close control and foot skills. if you can hit a small target, you can hit a big target (if you can control a small ball accurately, you can control a large one). that's the basic principle. as sweeper said, look in freestyle for more details.

yes playing wit a small ball improves your overall skill beacause you dribbling a small ball so the moves you do on a small ball with be alot easier w/ a bigger ball
