It means that you do the 360 spin move but instead just do it half way through so that you face the defender head on, thus creating more options for yourself. :)

thanks... but wouldnt that leave the ball exposed for a defender to step in?

Just dribble the ball a bit away from your marker then do the aforementioned move, creating yourself ample spaces. I have tried this in my game and it works more than great. Usually, if he follows me, I'll cut the ball quickly past him as soon as I am facing him. The double cut move or a nutmeg would be the most suitable move on these situations. They make defenders off balance. Looks nice too. :D
