Quick questions!

ok so i do a lot of stuff that i don't even know why i do it lol but i know it will help me some way so here it goes:

1.- Throwing the ball against the wall with the outside and inside of my feet will help me in..?

2.- Juggling the ball will help me only in ball control?

3.- masturbation affects in soccer performance?

4.- streching everytime im watching tv helps me in..?

5.- doing abs will help me in being faster? cause i see messi and he is quick as a rat but he doesn't have any abs and cristiano has the 6 pack and messi is still faster than him

2 no(it does more than that)
3 not really unless you want to try 16x in an hour before the game.

4 stretch maybe once or twice a day if you do it every time you watch tv i'll watch your muscles tear.

5 it will make you more solid and slightly quicker. (p.s. ronaldo is faster than messi)

1 yes? lol im asking in what will i improve if i throw the ball against the wall with every part of my feet

he's throwing it against a wall, if your passing it against a wall that's different but your passing won't get much from you throwing it at the wall.

haha yeah i know its obvious it will but i guess throwing the ball at some cones trying to bring them down will help more do you guys know in what also helps the juggling part?
