I feel you're pain too. Currently I'm rebuilding my back from about a decade of an injury that never healed properly causing me to never perform to my best.

I'm about 3 months to returning. At least you can kick a ball, I can't do anything that impacts my back outside classes which is pretty much everything bar sitting or sleeping.

When you tore you ACL, did you know straight away? How did it feel like?

Good luck on the recovery.

you're making a huge mistake man, screw juggling forget soccer until you are 100%, not when the doctors says you're "okay" to play. do not rush your rehab or you ll be very sorry later down the road. get in the weight room instead and work on your strength

^forum doctor ftl. if the doctors say he can play and he's lightly juggling he's fine.

I don't think he's making that big of a mistake at all. The earlier he starts getting motion in his leg and flexibilty, the better.

He is very young and his body will heal quickly. I would just stay away from intense running or impact for a while until the doctors give the go ahead.

Good luck though man. You seem like you have a good attitude and thats one of the most important things when dealing with injuries like this.
