Juggling on Sunday won't matter. If you feel like doing it, do it, if not then just rest. You don't need to follow a routine on your rest day, just do some light exersizes if you feel up to it. (such as juggling/kicking a ball off the wall/heads and volleys with mates)

Other than being a bit heavy is there anything else that I can change? Is the actual ball work good?

I've also got some interval running, regular running, and some weight lifting in there.

i skimmed too lightly then. That might do it but fitness is never fast. Also game fitness is priceless to try and find some games to play.

How will the results be if I followed this for about 2 months?
Also what do you think about the ball work part?

Also for the sprinting, would doing 3 sets of pyramid sprints, 5 sets of 150 yard sprints, and 5 hill sprints be enough?

If you look through my posts you will find a link to a proffesional EPL footballers cardio training, which if you are serious about it, will obviously be great, do things like sprints and long runs too. will be tough at first but youre body will adjust.

Wow I really want to look into that :D . I'll try to find that but just in case can you post the link haha. It could also answer this question but do you think I shouldn't do sprinting and interval training in the same day?
Also if someone can answer my question about the ball work part of the routine that would be great.
