Stepovers every day or every other day

What is better, doing stepovers every other day to get better or every other day and rest one day.. Just curious because i want to get better at my stepovers but im worried if i would overtrain by doing stepovers every day.. Oh and no need to tell me any drills because i already know what to do...

I believe that if you train a stepover everyday you will get better then training everyother day but that what I believe. Wait for better answers

Yee cuz i dont want to injure my back or something from repeating that exercise too many times without recovery.

Your the only person that can answer this eddy. If your not feeling up to it the next day due to fatigue from your last session, give it a rest. If you feel fine, go for it! Just listen to your body.
