all your doing is free dribbling through the cones right??? dont you think more of a structured routine would work like lets say: right 5x, left 5x, insides of both feet 5x, outside of both feet 5x, inside and outside of both feet 5x, rolling ball from one foot to other 5x andd doing free dribbling 10x?? i think this would be better just givinnn you my 2 centss (i think thats the expression loll, ive heard it before on this forum)

eddy i find doing things like you just said to structured, what i mean is when i do left 5x right 5x thats just to boring for me i like to mix it up and do what my mind tells me to, in a game are you going to be thinking right 5x left 5x? no your going to do what your mind tells you to do so i just do this free dribbling. You've seen that Nani dribbling video right, hes just dribbling freely doing what he wants nobody is telling him to do inside outside

Game=/practice the idea is not to do what you would always do in a game but to create muscle memory your thinking is backwards.

i understand that, but i think everyone has different ways of training i find improvement from this and i like doing it so i do it this way, and obviously indoors i am limited so usually when i go outside things are a little more structered

I think your touch is great, i know you work hard on it.

Also a quick question, i noticed in the thiird vid that you put some feints in there, they look just like mine, does anyone think that those looking feints would be effective, i havn't played many games lately and havnt tried them out.

thanks desire, and i think they could work i think it dupends how you sell it, expect my feints aren't memorized enough for me to do them without thinking, i dont practice them alot. But do you find that you can only do the feint 1 way? for me i can only feint right while touching the ball with my left, but when i try it opposite i cant do it

Mate you have really good feet, how far apart are the cones spaced? When I do my exercises and drills they are usually a step apart. These seem wider.

Fantastic feet!

they are farther apart than normal, however i do this on purpose because i can do moves, if i was going for the tight cones like you do you dont really do moves just simple touches, i also do those to

Yeh, I can feint right and go left better, I'm not sure why though, considering that I'm right footed and I'm more comfortable taking the ball away with my left. I feel better balanced, but if I want I can do it both ways.
